Do you charge a commission per booking?

No. Reserver is a flat monthly fee. It pays for itself with 3–5 covers a month compared to platforms that charge €2–4 per reservation.

How does no-show prevention actually work?

You set a policy — by service, day, or party size. When someone books in a risk scenario, Reserver places a temporary hold on their card via Stripe. If they show up, the hold is released. If they don’t, it’s captured automatically.

Does the AI assistant replace my staff?

It complements your team. The chatbot and AI voice handle typical reservation tasks (availability, modifications, cancellations) outside business hours or during peak call times, covering the vast majority of routine customer interactions. All conversations are visible and auditable by your team.
