We built Reserver because we saw too many restaurants paying absurd commissions for every booking and handing over their guest database to platforms that then sold them ads.

Why we exist

We started in 2020 working with a handful of independent restaurants in Spain. What they wanted was simple: a system that would manage their reservations without charging a commission per cover, and that would let them keep the relationship with their own guests.

No existing platform covered exactly that. TheFork, Covermanager, and OpenTable were valid solutions, but built to acquire customers and charge for it. Restaurants paid twice: in commission and in losing ownership of their audience.

Reserver is our answer. Flat fee. No commissions. Your data is yours. And every piece integrated — reservations, payments, AI, marketing, CRM — in a single system where a change in one place reflects everywhere else.

How we work

We’re a small team. We build the product, we support it, we sell it. That means the person answering your technical question probably wrote the code or spoke with the restaurant that requested the feature.

No escalation tree to outsourced call centres. No meetings to land a feature. No secret roadmap designed by marketing.

Every two weeks we ship a change — large or small — based on what restaurants actually tell us. If you ask for something reasonable, it’s usually in production within 3 to 6 weeks.
