Terms & conditions

Last updated:

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the website of Reserver S.L. ("Reserver") and of the SaaS reservation-management service offered.

2. Acceptance

Accessing the website and, where applicable, signing up as a customer implies full acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.

3. Service description

Reserver is a software as a service (SaaS) that lets restaurants manage their reservations, floor, guests, communications, and payments. The service is offered as subscription plans with features and limits as described on the pricing page.

4. Customer obligations

  • Provide truthful data and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.
  • Use the service lawfully and avoid actions that harm its operation.
  • Comply with applicable regulations towards your own guests (GDPR, consumer).

5. Price and billing

Plan pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change. Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance and do not affect already-billed cycles. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Term and cancellation

The service has no lock-in. The customer may cancel at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, with no refund for the unused portion.

7. Intellectual property

Reserver’s content, code, and brand are property of Reserver S.L.. The customer retains ownership of the data they input (guests, reservations, configuration); Reserver acquires no rights over it beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

8. Liability

Reserver provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maximum liability to the customer is limited to the amount invoiced during the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

9. Data processing

When the customer uses Reserver to manage their own guests’ personal data, the customer acts as data controller and Reserver as data processor. Specific conditions are set out in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), an integral part of the contract.

10. Changes

Reserver may modify these terms with 30 days’ notice. If the customer disagrees, they may cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable procedural law.
