1.1. Applicable legislation

This Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the "EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679" and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. By providing data, the user accepts processing for the purposes set out herein. The Company may amend this policy to adapt it to legislative changes. These terms may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy, and General Conditions specific to each product or service.

1.2. Data Protection Officer

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed on a provisional basis.

2. Purpose of personal data processing

Processing serves the following purposes:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form and reply by email.
  • Handle queries through the support chatbot and improve service quality.
  • Provide information about the products and services offered.
  • Carry out the contracting of services through quotation, order, or commercial contract.
  • Send news, updates, and catalogue announcements by email and/or postal mail, where prior consent has been given.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated submissions (spam) on forms and chatbot via reCAPTCHA.

2.1. Data retention period

Personal data is retained from the granting of consent until its revocation or a request to limit processing. Thereafter, data is kept blocked in accordance with applicable legal periods. Support chatbot conversations are kept for up to 30 days in the user's browser (localStorage) and, on the Reserver server, for as long as necessary to improve service quality and resolve issues.

3. Legal basis and data collected

The legal basis for processing is: (a) the express consent given through a positive and affirmative act when filling in forms and ticking the acceptance box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (b) the execution of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request when requesting information or a quotation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); and (c) the legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring the security of services and preventing automated abuse, in the case of the use of reCAPTCHA (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.1. Consent to process your data

By filling in forms, ticking "I accept the Privacy Policy" and submitting data, or by sending emails, the user "states that they have read and expressly accepted this policy".

3.2. Categories of data

Contact form: name, company (optional), phone (optional), email address, free-text message, and IP address.

Support chatbot: content of the messages you send, IP address, session identifier generated in your browser, and any personal data you voluntarily choose to include in your message. Do not enter sensitive data (health, beliefs, etc.) or data about third parties without their consent.

Anti-spam (reCAPTCHA): IP address, browser information, and page interaction events collected by Google when the form or chatbot is loaded.

4. Security measures

The "necessary technical and organisational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of the data" and to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

5. Data transfers and processors

No transfers or international transfers are envisaged other than those described below, except those authorised by tax, commercial, or telecommunications legislation, or required by judicial order. The Company engages the following data processors, who only process data on our instructions:

  • IONOS / 1&1 (SMTP provider) — delivery of contact-form emails. Servers located in the EU.
  • Google LLC (reCAPTCHA v3) — anti-spam protection of the form and chatbot. Involves an international transfer to the United States, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision 2023/1795). More information: Google Privacy Policy.
  • Reserver — chatbot backend (app.reserver.es) — chatbot messages are transmitted to the Reserver service to generate responses and keep the conversation history. Data hosted in the EU.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless web analytics with EU-based servers; receives no personally identifiable data.

6. User rights

Data subjects have the right to: confirmation of processing, access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.

7. Consent for electronic communications

By ticking "I accept the sending of electronic communications" pursuant to Spanish Law 34/2002, you grant express consent to receive information by email, telephone, fax, or any other electronic means.
