What people ask before signing.
Do you charge a commission per booking?
No. Reserver is a flat monthly fee regardless of reservation volume. It becomes profitable at 30–50 covers/month compared to platforms charging €2–4 per booking.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limit?
We warn you before you do. Free includes 1 zone, 1 service, 1 menu, 5 tables in that zone, and 10 reservations/day. When you need more, you upgrade to Pro or Plus in two clicks and keep everything you’ve configured.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes, up or down. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades apply on the next billing cycle. The Free plan doesn’t expire — you can switch to it (or back) whenever.
Stripe, Google Reserve, OpenAI — do those cost extra?
Our native integrations are included. What costs extra is the external service usage: Stripe charges their fee per payment (same as direct), OpenAI/Vapi are billed per usage via our AI credit bundles. All transparent in your dashboard.
Is there a lock-in?
No lock-in. The service is paid in advance and renews automatically at the end of the contracted period (monthly or yearly), according to the chosen configuration. You can cancel at any time before the renewal.
Does the price include VAT?
Listed prices are ex-VAT. Invoices add applicable VAT (21% for Spain; variable for other EU countries via MOSS). Customers outside the EU: no EU VAT applies.
How does payment work?
By card, via Stripe. Charged at the start of each cycle (monthly or yearly). We automatically send a PDF invoice that is fiscally valid in Spain and the EU.
What if I have multiple restaurants?
One restaurant = one account = one subscription. For groups of 3+ venues there are group discounts and consolidated billing. Write to sales@reserver.es.
Can I try everything before paying?
Yes. The Free plan requires no card and covers the essentials (1 zone, 1 service, 1 menu, 10 reservations/day). To try Pro or Plus fully, request a 30-day trial via the demo form.
