Can I train it on my own content?

Yes. You define custom FAQs with categories. The bot consults them during the conversation. For complex cases you can edit the bot’s system prompt directly.

What if the guest asks something the bot doesn’t know?

The bot recognises its limits and offers the guest an alternative channel (phone or email). You see the full conversation in the dashboard and can reach out to the guest yourself if you want to follow up.

Can it book without asking for a card?

Yes, it follows your policy. If the service requires payment, the bot sends the link. If not, it confirms directly.

How much does each conversation cost?

Depends on the model and length. With GPT-4o-mini a typical conversation costs cents. The dashboard shows the real cost per conversation, no estimates.

Is guest data protected?
