Short version
This website does not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or marketing cookies, which is why we don't show the typical consent banner. Analytics are powered by Plausible, which runs without cookies. Strictly necessary and security cookies are only loaded when you request a service that requires them: when you interact with the contact form or open the support chatbot (anti-spam and conversation persistence). These cookies are exempt from prior consent under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI as strictly necessary for the service requested by the user.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser to remember information. They can be strictly necessary (session), preferences, statistics, or marketing. We also include here similar storage such as localStorage, which is treated under the same legal regime by the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

reCAPTCHA and international data transfer
The contact form and support chatbot use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent automated abuse. When loaded, Google receives the IP address, browser information, and page interaction events and processes them on servers operated by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. This load is performed under our legitimate interest in service security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not used for advertising profiling. If you don't load the form and don't open the chatbot, reCAPTCHA does not run.
Cookieless analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, which measures aggregated visits without cookies or personally identifiable data. GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. We don’t share the data.
Cookies in the customer dashboard
If you become a Reserver customer, the dashboard (app.reserver.es) uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session signed in. Those cookies are documented inside the dashboard itself and are mandatory for the service to work.
