Which models you can use
The Reserver assistants (chatbot and voice) support the full GPT family:
- GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini — recommended defaults for most cases.
- GPT-4-turbo when long context is needed.
- GPT-3.5-turbo for very high volume / low cost scenarios.
Function calling
The bot uses function calling to act: check availability, create bookings, edit, cancel, send payment links. It’s not text that imitates action — it’s real action against your system.
Privacy and cost
Reserver activates the contractual opt-out: data isn’t used to train OpenAI models. Usage is metered by tokens and paid via prepaid bundles from your dashboard; you see the real cost per conversation, no estimates.
Managed model
We manage the underlying model for you — tuned for cost, quality, and latency on restaurant bookings. You don’t pick versions or configure anything; you only pay for usage via the prepaid bundle.
