What we use it for
Telegram is the lightest way for your team to get real-time alerts without installing anything new: most already have it. Reserver sends to the configured chat:
- Every new reservation (name, time, party, zone).
- Cancellations with reason.
- Guests coming in through AI chatbot or voice AI.
- Slot-saturation alerts.
- Daily closing summary.
How to set it up
Create a Telegram group, add the Reserver bot, and configure in the dashboard which events you want. Each operator can have their own filtered channel (e.g. the chef only gets cancellations).
