What Vapi provides
Vapi is the infrastructure that lets the Reserver voice assistant take real phone calls. It handles:
- Dedicated number (Spain, EU, UK, US, LATAM).
- Real-time speech recognition with low latency.
- Natural speech synthesis, with several voice options.
- Robust handling of background noise.
What Reserver provides
On top of Vapi, Reserver implements all the restaurant business logic: real availability checks, booking creation, edits, cancellation, SMS payment links during calls. Voice is Vapi; reservation intelligence is Reserver.
Cost
Billed per minute of call. A typical reservation takes 60–90 seconds. Consumed from your AI bundle, with real cost visible in the dashboard.
